[Xen-users] load detection and domU migration

Hi James,

There is a tool called NWS (network weather service), that can not only 
measure but also predict cpu usage, network bandwidth  and latency as 
well as other machine characteristics. This tool can help you make 
better informed decisions about when and where to migrate your domU. It 
is widely used in distributed systems, and it would be pretty simple to 
deploy it on Xen Dom0 and write a simple application to trigger 
migration based on the information the tool provides. The link to the
