That RDP sounds pretty good, I think this avoids to run a X on dom0
every time you want to access the windows domain, you can access it
from an external windows pc. Thats a quite good solution. But how can
you keep the windows running after you closed the sdl window??
Every time i close this window, the windows domain is closed and
dissapeared when i do a "xm list".

Right, you can't close the SDL window without killing the domU. However, if you really don't want to keep it open (minimize it even),
I'd suggest setting up the VNC console instead. That way, you
wouldn't even have to have X running when you boot your windows domU. Then, if/when you need the "real" console, you can just VNC in from
whatever machine you want.

Well, but is there just a rough usb-support for vmx-domains? I've
already managed to get support for my dongle in the dom0, it appears
as a normal /dev/ node. Maybe it can be handled as a normal /dev/sdx
device like usb-sticks. Maybe that could be easier to manage than an
other device.

AFAIK, no, passing usb devices through to a vmx domU is not possible. This gets into DMA/memory addressing issues. However, I'm certainly
not in a position to give a definitive answer on this :) Maybe one of
the devs will chime in...
