I have a 'from src' installed xen on FC5 and when I 'reboot', the machine hangs right after in syncs the disks with a message 'Rebooting'. It appears to be the very last step. I can reboot normally with the stock FC5 kernel. Has anyone seen anything like this or can point me where to start looking?

I have repeated this behavior on two machines. A dell 2850 and a custom built tower.
