[Xen-users] Slackware network problem
I'm having a problem running Xen3-unstable on Slackware 10.2 system.
The xend.log shows:
[2005-11-09 16:55:50 xend] DEBUG (DevController:69) Waiting for devices
vif.
[2005-11-09 16:55:50 xend] DEBUG (DevController:75) Waiting for 0.
[2005-11-09 16:57:50 xend] ERROR (SrvBase:87) Request wait_for_devices
failed.
And /var/log/syslog shows:
You don't have ifup and don't seem to be running Gentoo either!
This seems to come from xen-network-common.sh, and it makes sense that
the script uses ifup/ifdown for the distributions that use it.
Does anyone know the correct substitute for the Gentoo
/etc/init.d/net.$1 start/stop commands that will work for Slackware?
I've attempted a few /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1 commands to no avail...
