The Linux kernel < 2.6.12.4 and 2.6.13 has a LVM on RAID1 bug which makes LVM snapshots unreadable. See http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4946. LVM on RAID1 is a great setup to enable backup of the virtual servers from dom0.

Is Xen on 2.6.12 already stable enough for production?
