Hi, Dirk! Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, it's a bit problematic to "save" all the output. I have not
(yet) enough disk space to compile the kernel (sigh!). I use the
vmlinuz-2.6.11.4-21.8-xen downloaded by the yast online update (which, I
suppose, should be like the "default" one), and I recompiled the
inirtd-2.6.11.4-21.8-xen in the same way I did for the "standard" one. I
think I need the drivers for USB (uhci, ehci, ohci, usb-storage), for the
pcmcia (yenta, pcmcia) and for the scsi disk (scsi, sd); and, actually, it
works fine for the "standard" linux. Maybe some "un- compatibility"?

Actually, the disk is really "old" and not at all "perfect" (it doesn't start
immediately always when I connect the power supply) but, when it start to
"run", it works normally with my "standard" boot and kernel....
Maybe it's a stupid question but... could I use the "standards" kernel and
initrd with Xen?
