Sorry, for that you'd need to use full virtualisation, since there's not a 
FreeBSD 3 port...  To do full virtualisation, Xen needs virtualisation-aware 
hardware that's not on the market yet (will be soon).

To run it without special hardware, you'll need to use something like QEmu 
(free) or VMWare...
