Hi all,

I've got SUSE Linux 9.3 with 2.6.11.4 kernel + 2.0.6a Xen in dom0 and
Debian Sarge with statically linked 2.6.11.12+2.0.6.hg kernel in domU.

Everything is running just fine except that I can't properly shutdown
domU via "xm shutdown". This is how it looks like when running:

sclxen:~ # xm list
Name Id Mem(MB) CPU State Time(s) Console
Domain-0 0 123 0 r---- 25.1
sclms 4 416 1 -b--- 0.4 9604

Then I do "xm shutdown sclms" and after a while "xm list" says:
sclms 4 0 1 ---s- 1.1 9604

Now I can't connect to the sclms console anymore:

sclxen:~ # xm console sclms
(111, 'Connection refused')
Error: Error connecting to xend, is xend running?

Yes, xend is running. However I can create the domain again and then
shutdown it from a ssh connection. That works fine and after a while it
disappears from "xm list".

Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong here?

Thanks!

Michal Ludvig
