does the directory /lib/modules/2.6.12-1.1398_FC4xenU exist in the domU.

depmod -a cured the modules.dep issue. A small step missing from the
Xen-Fedora QuickStart. Thanks John!

Now, the other problem is the failing udev. Is this material? I'll test
the machine futher, but it seems to work fine.
