Can I ask why you directed this at me in the subject line?  (if
indeed it is directed at me and not one of the other hundreds of
millions of Andy Smiths on Earth...)

If you think I am some kind of Xen expert you're sadly mistaken..

I have not personally experienced this problem but I have seen it
brought up on this list several times and the answer was always
"just make the directories it wants."
