So you've booted into XenLinux and you're creating another domain? How did
you build the filesystem for this domain?
In any case, domUs will not see the real physical hardware because they only
have virtual devices. I guess the filesystem for this domain was originally
installed onto the bare hardware, right? (e.g. using the install CD). Kudzu
is just noticing that the devices it had when it was installed are now not
present.
You can tell Kudzu to just ignore the changes or to deconfigure the devices
(if you only intend on running this in a domU and never booting it directly).
You could also disable Kudzu.
