FYI, with the changes from yesterday and today (both Linux and Xen) we
can now use 32-bit libxc, which means we can run xend, xenstored, etc.

'xm list' works enough to list dom0 (with reasonable data). 'xm create'
doesn't work yet because it requires a virtual block device for the
domain, and we don't have that quite yet...
