Thank you for your suggestion! I checked with the config. The
CONFIG_PCI_MSI in my config file is not set. We have tried out a
work-around method, disable irqbalance service when system boots. Then
dom0 can boot.
But the same issue did not happen on ia32 part. So, I am afraid there
may be some issue here. Thanks!
