Sorry, I sent this twice because it took a while to land on the ML.
Also the subject should have been included at the top of the body,
i.e.:
Cleanup: Move is_platform_hp_ski() from xenmisc.c to xensetup.c
- only caller is start_kernel
etc.
I'm just getting used to "hg email" so hopefully things will get
better...
