Could you check whether the change sets,
11727:411c6aca255c9be78cab2a91e4131a3e9807ea60 and
11726:e1f3af226a8e8cb32de079b283cdcac718d3e076,
cause the failure?
I guess they broke IA64 foreign domain page mapping.
