[Xen-ia64-devel] [PATCH]perfc compile error patch

with the latest changsets(at least with 11045), if one tries to compile
with performance counters on

$make world perfc=y

an error occurs during make install.

this error can be attributed to the fact that 
#include <xen/perfc.h>
was missing from xen/arch/ia64/xen/hypercall.c

this patch corrects this error and with this, compilation should be ok
with performance counters on.
