Xen/IA64 Healthiness Report

We did nightly testing with bvt and credit separately. We found VTI domain 
was hardly created successfully with credit scheduler.

Notes:

1. Two VTI domains coexist testing failed in this changeset. After doing a lot 
of 
testing, we found this issue only happened on MT enabled platform. Intel 
developer is investigating this issue.

2. Create VTI domain with 4096M memory will failed at start network. Xiantao's 
patch has checked into xen-unstable tree, after merging, this issue should be 
fixed.
