  In x86 code, do_hvm_op is implemented in hvm/hvm.c, thus we have
implemented in vmx/. And we will implement IPF specific feature to
port paravirtualized driver for VT-i domain.

  You are right. We have copied it from x86 code. For porting, we need
that interface should be same with x86, I think.
