Hi,

In xen/ia64 source files(.c and .h), "struct page" and "struct page_info" 
coexist.
Half of coexisting cause is patch of "page-ref-counter.patch" which we sent.
We would like to unify "struct page" in xen/ia64 source files.
Please comment.
