That ifndef should be removed just like now on xen-unstable.hg and also 
SMP_CACHE_BYTES needs to be corrected on ia64 side. However Dan just checked in 
the latter fix on xen-ia64-unstable which has not been sync-ed into 
xen-unstable. Anyway, next sync will solve this issue. ;-)
