Ok, however on my machine XEN crashed very very early.  I can't remember which 
changeset I am using, however I got it from this list and was marked as OK.

What is the hg command to know the changeset ?  I used 'hg revert xxx' and 'hg 
log' still displays the 'hg pull' changeset.

Anyway, I have found why xen crashes.
elilo calls xen with r28 (bootparam) = 0x61_7ef90010 !  This is clearly not in 
the xen 64M region.  I am now trying to reboot the machine with less memory.

What is the correct way to fix this bug ?
1) Fix elilo to put bootparam near the kernel ? (maybe elilo has already been 
fixed).
2) Recopy bootparam and command line in head.S while operating in physical 
mode ?
2bis) Recopy bootparams in early_setup_arch ?
3) Increase region 7 tr size (64M => 256M) ?  Hugh, this still doesn't work.
