A bunch of simple fixes for libxl. Most of them fixes SEGV or other annoying
bugs.

The last patch implements simple way to reuse block* scripts in
/etc/xen/scripts (called by udev). This most likely will be ignored
because of more elegant way pending in paches on the list. But maybe
someone will be interested in it.
