No, but it's probably not a useful thing to do anyway.  Shadow
pagetables are automatically generated from the guest pagetables and the
p2m (and a few other bits and pieces).  They can be thrown away and
re-made at any time, so changing them wouldn't necessarily even have any

What's your higher-level goal?  Maybe there's a better way to do it.
