Hmm.. I'm not sure if I've seen this one before. 
You could read the code near those lines and see what it's trying to do.

I guess it tries to fetch some scheduler info..

They're not talking about 2.6.18.8-xen dom0 kernel, but all that stuff is worth 
checking and verifying.
