I ran into this on 4.0.2 as well, posted it to xen-users a couple weeks ago but didn't get any useful responses.

Anyone have any idea what might be going on here? This is using the latest dom0 kernel from jeremy. The kernel boots fine directly (without xen). Full boot log is below.
