I've been getting memory corruption problems when using VGA passthru
after r22223:4beee5779122 "Vt-d: fix dom0 graphics problem on Levnovo T410."
The domain that has the passthru (dom1) doesn't exhibit problems, but a
domain started later (dom3) is apparently allocated memory that is part of
the framebuffer used by dom1; the domain's memory is visible on the screen
and updates to the screen write to the memory of dom3.

While bisecting, I noticed that this commit appears to remove a pre-domU-boot
initalization step; the speed of the domU startup is faster, and upon
shutdown the screen is not cleared with a repeating green-black pattern as
was normal prior to this commit.
