The problem not in kernel itself, but in udev too. I tried many
kernels: debian 2.6.32-5-xen-amd64, last xen/stable-2.6.32.x, 2.6.27
from XCP, built for x86-32 and for x86-64, under hyperviosrs 3.4.3-rc
and 4.0.0. There is same kernel oops with all combinations of
kernel/hypervisor/architecture. But there is no kernel oops with udev
0.125 from lenny and 151-1 which was in testing few weeks ago.

With best regards,
Sergey Kononenko.
