 Sorry for the delayed reply. 
 
 I was running dom0 kernel download from mercurial repository when "make world". The version is 2.6.18.8-xen. And I used the default kernel config. 
 
 I cannot post the dmesg now as I am on a trip. If that's critical for the diagnosis, I will post them asap. Thanks!

Thinking more about this, I guess pci access is totally up to dom0 kernel. 
 
So what dom0 kernel are you running? Please paste both "xm dmesg" and "dmesg" output 
when booted to Xen.
