The following series of patches updates the Solarflare Communications
network drivers. It would be great if these could be included in the
Xen Linux tree for 4.0.0.

The update of the drivers represents many bug fixes and recent
developments, but in summary this series of patches:
(i) brings them in sync with the drivers present in recent kernel.org
trees;
(ii) adds support for current Solarflare NICs (SFC9000 series); and
(iii) simplifies some of the code in sfc_netback by removing duplication
of headers with sfc_resource driver.

Thanks

Kieran
