Mr. Teo En Ming,
   I have a CentOS 5.3 x86_64 machine with 16GB of ram currently running 41 PV DomUs. Each DomU has 300 MB of ram.  I have to admit weird things do happen if I decide to start them all at the same time but the machine never crashes.
