Anyone have a known working 2.6.31 (plain kernel.org, not pv_ops git) config file that works for an HVM domU?  Building with defconfig or with an old 2.6.18 config file with ' yes "" | make oldconfig' both result in a non-bootable kernel... and I can't see enough information in the VNC console to figure out what the problem is!

Alternately, what's the correct console magic on the grub boot line (and inittab?) for a 2.6.31 kernel HVM domU?

I've had all this working with 2.6.31 PV domU's but haven't found the magic for a 2.6.31 HVM domU yet...

Thanks,
Dan
