  Works for loading Dom0 ( JF's 2.6.31) under both Xen 3.4.1 and Xen 3.5 via both Grub legacy & Grub2.
  Still have one issue , regarding Ubuntu Servers not Xen. xend starts fine on 9.04 ( Grub Legacy) xend fails to start on 9.10 alpha 4 ( Grub2)

 There is no supported
 way, as we expect to have a sane bootloader that can parse boot args.
