FYI. I saw the same issue on x38 & x48 chipset.

Wondering if we can manually modify the DMAR table.

So wthat does this error mean?

Xen failed to parse one of your BIOS's information tables. However, the table relates to Intel's VT-d feature which you are almost certainly not
using.
