I’m not sure if there is a canonical http download link for these tarballs. Even if not, we should make the download addresses configurable I guess.

Yes, our automated test system seems to be having similar problems. I’ll revert to use old ioemu by default for now. Perhaps it’s best to make the ioemu switch after 4.0 after all.
