Yes we are using the new tools. The new qemu are in /usr/lib/xen/bin and the new xend is in /etc/init.d 
Also when I do a ps -A xend is not in the process list, but an xm list does seem to show domain 0 running. 
Any thoughts on what may be wrong ?

We are running the xen kernel on an Intel Mac Mini. The previous version
of Xen i.e. xen 3.0 works fine, but we would like to get Xen 3.2 working as well.
Any help on this error message would be appreciated.
