In trying to move from Xen 3.1 to Xen 3.2, I found that the new xentrace
infrastructure in 3.2 had a shortcoming or two vs that in 3.1...
These patches address that, and also add a little new functionality.

Last I checked, these patches applied cleanly to both 3.2-testing and
unstable.
