Hi,

First, I am thankful to all who answered my last question (Those are
really helpful informations).

But this time I need to know How Xen exactly starts the Dom0's kernel.
How it allocate the memory and cpu[s] to Dom0's kernel for the first
time (StartOfDay). Briefly, In which source files these thing happens.

I know that Linux itself can handle hotplugable cpu's and memories but
is it possible for Xen to provide this facility to the running Dom0
kernel (Linux).
