Open CONFIG_ACPI_SLEEP in xenlinux, to enable ACPI based
power management. Basically, user can trigger power event
now by "echo *** > /sys/power/state". Also gear to pm
interface defined between xenlinux and Xen.
Also sync to xen interface headers consequently
