Moin *,

i need more than three NICs per guests (virtual network lab). One year
ago there was a discussion about this:

<http://lists.xensource.com/archives/cgi-bin/namazu.cgi?query=NR_GRANT_FRAMES&submit=Search&idxname=xen-devel>
<http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=183>

I still have the 3-nic-limit on my FC6, so my questions:

* Do i only have to change NR_GRANT_FRAMES in
  xen/include/xen/grant_table.h to #nics+1 to set a higher nic limit?

* Is there a compile-time or - much better - boot-time option to
  increase the nic limit? If it's not allready there, i vote for a
  boot-time option.

* Which parts of xen are affected by increasing the nic limit
  (hypervisor, tools, dom0-kernel, domU-kernel)?

Regards, nils
