Hi,

This patch fixes the Bug:835 issue.

 # xm create /home/kanno/smp-domU.conf cpu_weight=512 cpu_cap=150
 Using config file "/home/kanno/smp-domU.conf".
 Started domain vm1-smp
 # xm sched-credit -d vm1-smp
 {'cap': 150, 'weight': 512}
