Hello Ewan,

  thanks for checking in the patch related to vtpm testing. I saw you
reverted part of the patch probably because the error message of the
vtpm test ended up becoming a 'FAILURE' instead of a 'SKIP'. I have
attached a new patch that again removes the test for /dev/tpm0, but now
results in a 'SKIP' if the vtpm_manager process has not been started.
The vtpm_manager might not be startable due to /dev/tpm0 missing but I
don't want to check for this in the test anymore. So in effect this
patch will only change the message associated with the 'SKIP'.
