I can't start the xen by grub. Why?

The grub.conf is listed:

title Xen 3.0 / XenLinux 2.6
  kernel /xen-3.0.gz dom0_mem=262144
  module /vmlinuz-2.6-xen0 root=/dev/hda1 ro console=tty0

Who can tell me the reason. I guess that " root=/dev/hda1" is wrong.

But I don't know hot to modify it.
