One new issue: SMP VMX can only start 1 vcpu.

We set acpi=1 apic=1 pae=1 vcpus=2 to create SMP kernel.
After VMX is up, there is only 1 cpu in /proc/cpuinfo.
In VMX dmesg, we can see the 2nd vcpu can not be waked up.

SMP xenU works.
