In svm.c there is a definition for the max size of x86 instructions
MAX_INST_SIZE - there's also one in io.h, called MAX_INST_LEN. They are
both defined to the same value, 15. This patch removes the local copy in
svm.c [it was only referenced twice anyways, everywhere else was using
the MAX_INST_LEN constant].
