I'm attempting to get ztdummy working in domU and right now since rtc wont
work properly and i get the error "rtc: IRQ 8 is not free." when trying to
load the module i had to remove #Define USE_RTC from ztdummy. When doing
that ztdummy wants the kernel's hz rate to be 1000. Do i have to manually
modify the kernel source to do this or can i do it live in the env somehow?

Any downsides to changing the hz?
