Matt,
can you reveal a little more information about the
book, e.g., publisher, table of content, description etc.
The reason that you send this to the developer list
(which seems necessary in this case) also reveals the fact that Xen is
in constant re-newal. It is a great challenge to write such a book in a
forward-looking way so that it is actually valuable once published by being
still accurate.
I suspect that there are multiple people that are
thinking of writing a book about Xen and it might be helpful to synchronize
or even bundle the efforts to get the best value for the readers.
