[Xen-devel] [PATCH] trivial doc patch -- Twisted Matrix no longer necessary

Documentation: remove Twisted Matrix pre-req

Twisted Matrix is no longer necessary for Xen.  Removed from the
pre-requisites listed in the user documentation.
