I'm afraid that the 2.4 sparse tree is dead for now. :-(

It wasn't being updated to keep it in-sync with the Xen interface changes...  
It was working not so long ago, so it would be quite possible to update it.  
Whoever did this would have to import the xenbus stuff, so it wouldn't be 
entirely trivial either.

Hopefully somebody will take this on at some point in the future...

If your modules are binary-only then you'd probably want to run them under 
VTX, or in VMware, anyhow.  Binary-only modules don't play will with Xen 
guests.
