Pretty much everyone should be using the -xen kernel config, which
already has SMP enabled. All XenRT and test CD testing is done with -xen
kernels.

[The -xen0/-xenU are just for developers who are rebuilding things
regularly and don't want to wait for all the modules in the -xen kernel
to build.]
