[Xen-devel] [PATCH] 64bit VTPM Tools

Attached are two patches that add 64 bit support to the VTPM Tools plus
some minor clean up.

The VTPM manager and vtpms fully support both 32 and 64 bit OSes. The
tpm_emulator (provided for debugging on TPM-less machines) does not
support 64bit kernels by default though. See the README for details on
how using it on 64bit kernels.

Also, apologies for the 3 complete source files in the manager patch.
These files had line feeds and I removed them from the entire files,
which makes the patch file a bit large.
